Included below are some tips for using Office 365 with the latest updates

​​Find and Pin Your Favorite Apps

Step 1

Locate your apps by clicking ‘Apps’ in the menu on the left:

Common apps will appear but if you don’t see the app you’re looking for, click ‘All Apps’ on the right to see the complete list of options:

For even easier access in the future, pin your favorite apps to the main menu. To do this, click the three dots that appear when you hover over an app name:

Then select ‘Pin’:

Now your favorite app will appear in the main menu on the left for even easier access! Repeat these steps for all of the apps you’d like to pin. For our community, that’s usually Outlook, Teams and SharePoint!

​​Familiar Search Functionality

    While the new home screen may look different than it used to, you can still access the search screen that you know. After clicking ‘Search’ in the menu on the left, scroll down to find the search field:
