MS Voice Calling
Calling All PIO, RESL, DMOB, FSC, MEDL Users!
Learn more about MS Teams Calling in FireNet for your incident communication needs. This training is recommended for PIOs supporting incident management as the MS Voice licenses are ONLY available to PIO/RESL/DMOB/FSC/MEDL users at this time. You must have a Named FireNet Account to use this tool.
In this training, we will review the following:
- When a number is assigned
- How to set-up a call group
- How to access incoming calls on both desktop and mobile devices
- How to set-up and check a voicemail
- How to transition a phone line to the incoming IMT
- How to close out a phone line when an incident is over
REMINDER: This MS Calling feature is ONLY available via an MS Voice license, which is currently only assigned to PIO/RESL/DMOB/FSC/MEDL users on active incidents.
