MS Teams 101 Training

This basic MS Teams 101 training will cover the key functions and collaborative tools being used by the fire community in MS Teams.

The session will include a 30-minute presentation and a 15-minute Q&A.

In this training, you will:

• Learn how to access MS Teams in FireNet
• Understand the difference between Owner, Member, and Guest roles within an MS Team
• Understand the chat space and learn fun collaborative features
• Learn how to create, edit, and share files from MS Teams
• Explore Planner, Wiki, and Calendars within MS Teams
