Note: Accounts should NOT be shared within a Dispatch Center. Inboxes can be delegated to Named FireNet Accounts for access, but each individual should be logging into their own account.
- Main
- MS Team/SharePoint
- Expanded Shared Inbox (if needed)
- Named Accounts for Dispatchers
If you are not yet setup with these accounts and/or MS Team SharePoint, please follow these links to request:
- Request a MS Team in FireNet365
- Link to Request an Account for Federal Users
- Link to Request an Account for Non-Federal Users
Once a Named Account has been created, the center manage or main steward should request delegation to the inbox. If access is no longer needed they can use the delegation request form to also remove access to shared inboxes.

View your current delegations on our SharePoint site.
Note: If your Dispatch Center has not been setup, please follow these steps to make that request:
Step #1: Center Managers should email firenet_support@firenet.gov if you'll be managing your Dispatch Center's FireNet accounts and need access. If this has been delegated beyond the Center Manager please cc: your Center Manager on your request.
Step #2: Send the FireNet Access Form to your regular dispatchers and AD's as needed. Links to request accounts can be found above.
Step #3: Use the Delegation Request Form to request or remove access to your main inbox or shared inbox. It is then up to the Dispatch Center to track delegations on your spreadsheet. View your current delegations on our SharePoint site.
If you are a Dispatch Center Steward, please check the following:
OneDrive: Any data in OneDrive has been moved to SharePoint. If you would like a refresher on how to do so, please consult the Moving Files from OneDrive to SharePoint guide.
Forms: Any Forms owned by the main dispatch center account must be moved to Group Forms. See flow and forms transitions.
Flows: No flows are being used.
